One of WesynTech's three stated core services is the supply of starting materials and key intermediates for scale-up programmes. In practice that means a compound that began as a custom synthesis request, went through process development, and now needs to arrive on a schedule.
How the capacity is arranged
Volumes up to the hundred-kilogram range are served from the in-house pilot plant. Beyond that, WesynTech works through long-term partnerships with several chemical plants — an arrangement that keeps the route in familiar hands instead of restarting technology transfer with a stranger.
What stays constant between batches
The route, the people who know it, and the analytical picture used to judge the material. Repeat supply fails on drift, so the value of keeping development and production under the same roof is that there is less of it.
How it runs
Four steps, no hand-offs
The same people stay on the project from the first assessment to the last delivery. That is the whole reason the sequence is this short.
- Forecast and specificationVolumes, timing and the specification the material has to meet are agreed before the first production batch.
- Capacity decisionPilot plant or partner plant, based on quantity — the route does not change with the decision.
- Production campaignManufacture against the agreed route with the controls set during process development.

What volumes can you produce in-house?
In-house custom synthesis capability is stated from gram to hundred-kilogram scale; larger industrial volumes go to long-term partner plants.
Who owns the route when production moves to a partner plant?
The route stays the project's. WesynTech's partner plants are used to execute the developed process, which is why transfer does not mean re-development.
Can you hold material against a forecast?
Stock arrangements are agreed per compound and per programme — the kilogram-scale stock announcements on this site are examples. TBC for any specific compound.
