Can you match colour temperature across strip, downlight and wall washer?
Yes. Specify one CCT on the order and all products are produced to that value.
Do you supply a mock-up room quantity before the full project?
Small order quantities are accepted, so a mock-up room or pilot floor can be run before bulk.
Which dimming protocol should the project use?
The downlights support non-dim, Triac, DALI and 0-10V. Strip runs use PWM above 20kHz. Choose the one your control system already uses.
What IP rating is needed for a hotel bathroom cove?
IP67 silicone encapsulated strip is used for bathrooms, spas and covered outdoor runs.
Can runs be cut and terminated to our drawing?
Yes. Send the run lengths and connector type and the strip is cut and terminated before shipping.
What lead time should we plan for?
Production lead-time is short relative to project schedules. Confirm the exact date with our sales team when the order is quoted.
