The standard way to buy overhead line material is to split it four ways - insulators from a ceramics or composite works, drop out fuses and arresters from a protection plant, fittings from a forging and galvanising shop, cable from a mill. Each one is a separate minimum order, a separate lead time and a separate bill of lading, and the slowest of the four sets the date the line can actually be built. This package exists to collapse that into one order.
From Enquiry to Delivery
Each stage below exists because something goes wrong there when an order is split across suppliers.
Line List Review
Problem. A partial list arrives and the assembly turns out to be incomplete at site.
How it is handled. We price against your pole schedule or bill of quantities and flag missing items in the assembly before the order is placed, not after the crate is opened.
Specification
Problem. The nearest standard part does not match what is already on the line.
How it is handled. Send the installed part, the drawing or the project specification. Our engineering team confirms the match or develops the item to your requirement.
Consolidated Production
Problem. Four factories produce to four different dates.
How it is handled. Production across the families is scheduled against one delivery date rather than four independent ones.
Consolidation and Packing
Problem. Ceramic breaks in transit and fittings arrive loose.
How it is handled. Items are consolidated in Fuzhou and packed by family, with ceramic parts separated for sea freight.
One Shipment One Document Set
Problem. Four bills of lading, four customs entries, four chances of a hold.
How it is handled. The order leaves as one consignment with one set of export documents.
After Delivery
Problem. Replacement links and consumables get sourced separately years later and no longer match.
How it is handled. Repeat and replacement items are quoted against the original order reference so the pairing stays correct.

What is the minimum for a consolidated order
It is set per enquiry rather than per item, which is the advantage of consolidating - small quantities of specialist items travel with the volume items.
Can cable ship with ceramic insulators
Yes. Packing separates them so the drum does not bear on the ceramic, which is exactly the kind of detail that goes wrong when two suppliers ship independently.
How long does a consolidated order take
It depends on the families involved and the quantities. Send the line list and a delivery date will be confirmed against it at quotation.
