What guarantee do you provide?
KEWO inverters are known for good quality, stable running and easy use. We provide an 18 month guarantee for AD100, AD350, AD800, AS850T and AS850Z, and all other KEWO products. If any damage occurs during the guarantee period we repair it free of charge when it is sent back to us, or we send free spare parts and components for you to repair.
Which inverter brands can KEWO replace in the industrial field?
The AD series is a high performance vector control inverter with OLV, CLV and V/F control modes and suits around 90 percent of industrial applications. Customers use KEWO to replace Siemens, Schneider, ABB, AB and Emerson with a high cost saving.
Can we get a KEWO sample for testing, or test in your factory?
You are welcome to visit the factory in Shenzhen for a visit, product testing or custom solution consulting. You can also get a sample for testing if you pay the freight cost and send us your testing report.
How do we pay, and can we get the goods with quality and guarantee?
You can pay with TT, Western Union or LC. We are a member of the Alibaba group, so if you cannot get the goods properly we will be penalised by Alibaba and you are covered by the Alibaba guarantee. We look forward to building a long term relationship with you.
