By Ro-ro or bulk ship from a China main port. Trade terms can be EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF.

What warranty and after sales support do you provide?

The whole vehicle is guaranteed for one year and core parts on some products for two years. Our overseas engineers make regular return visits and provide technical training and manuals before delivery.

Can the fire fighting equipment package be changed?

Yes. Send us your inventory list of hoses, nozzles, foam injectors, and safety gear and we will layout the lockers and fittings accordingly.
