SGZ magnesium sacrificial anodes are produced cast or extruded, in round or cube form, with holes or threads where the fixing calls for them. They protect steel in vessels, port and ocean structures, buried cables, gas and water systems, drainage lines, chemical plant, telecommunications, water boilers and heat exchangers.

Problems it solves
What Goes Wrong Without It
- Buried and submerged steel corrodes where coatings fail, and replacing it costs far more than protecting it. A sacrificial anode corrodes instead of the structure.
- An anode that does not fit the mounting has to be modified on site. SGZ casts or extrudes round or cube anodes with holes or threads to the customer's drawing.
- Different applications need different production routes. SGZ offers both casting and extrusion.
- Anodes shipped loose arrive damaged. SGZ packs them in wood cases.
