What SGZ Built and Why
SGZ employs qualified engineers, skilled production technicians and a management team, and adopted Japanese technology to produce coated zinc etching plate under Chinese patent no. 200410052148.6. SGZ states that this filled a gap in the Chinese market.
The plate has a range of applications: banner, wall-calendar, printing, stamping, embossing and coining. Alongside it SGZ makes photoengraving brass plate, etching copper plate, flexographic printing plate and other magnesium products including ingot, sacrificial anode and metamorphic alloys in rod, tube, bar, thread, pipe and profile form.
SGZ also makes a magnesium alloy walking-stick chair that weighs 0.82 kg and, according to SGZ, can bear a maximum of 180 kg.
Since the company was established SGZ has stated a purpose of honesty, innovation and professionalism, and environmental protection for the future.

In December 2016 SGZ established a magnesium plate etching demonstration workshop and invited customers who want to learn the plate to visit. SGZ also publishes complete etching videos for both its zinc and its magnesium plate.
