What Made This Job Hard
A metal card carries fine text at small size. The etch has to clear the background evenly without undercutting the characters, and the finish has to survive being carried in a wallet.

How SGZ Produced It
SGZ takes the artwork by email, reviews the design, and quotes that specific card. The cards are etched on SGZ photoengraving plate stock in the SGZ powderless bath, which is the same plate and the same chemistry SGZ sells to etching houses.
