Garment And Textile Factories
A sewing floor is hundreds of identical workstations, and lighting is bought by the hundred. What matters is not the specification of one lamp but what happens across a whole hall over several years.
What Buyers In This Market Run Into
Pain Points
- Overhead bay lighting is blocked by the operator's own head and hands at the needle plate
- Buildings on the same site sometimes run different mains voltage, so a single lamp model will not fit everywhere
- Lint and machine oil work into knob dimmers until they seize
- Replacing failed lamps one at a time across a hall costs more in downtime than the lamps cost
- Operators working dark fabric complain of eye strain by the end of a shift
What They Need From A Supplier
- Wide input voltage so one part number covers the whole site
- Enough output for dark fabric without glare on pale fabric
- Dimming that survives a dirty environment
- Consistent supply so a repeat order matches the installed base
- Lamps tested before shipment rather than tested by the customer
Products For This Industry
What We Commit To
Our Terms
- Most models take 85V-265V, covering every common supply
- Every lamp receives a 2-hour high-voltage test before it leaves the facility
- LED chips from world-known brands rather than unbranded stock
- A range from 6 to 36 LEDs so the light is matched to the work rather than oversold
Garment And Textile Factories Questions
How many LEDs do we need for dark fabric
Go up the range. The 30 and 36 LED models put noticeably more light on the needle plate than the 6, 10 or 20 LED models, which is what navy, black and heavily textured fabric needs.
Will one model work across buildings on different voltage
Most of our models take 85V-265V, which covers every common supply with no switch or adapter. Some are specified at 110V/220V, and the input range is stated on each product page.
Why touch switch rather than a knob
A knob dimmer collects lint and machine oil and eventually stops turning. A touch switch has no moving part and can be operated with the back of a hand.
Are the lamps tested before shipment
Yes. Every lamp receives a 2-hour high-voltage test before it leaves our facility.
