Each stage below names the problem first, then what we do about it.
A factory knows how many machines it has but not what mix of voltages, machine heads and operations it is lighting.
We work through the machine types, the fabric being run, the mains supply in each building and the mounting available on each head before recommending anything.
Buying one model for the whole hall either over-lights simple operations or under-lights the difficult ones.
We match LED count to the work: lower count models for general assembly, 30 and 36 LED models for dark fabric, topstitching and inspection.
Sites with mixed supply end up holding two versions of the same lamp.
Most of our models take 85V-265V, so one part number covers the site and the spares holding halves.
A lamp that does not clear the handwheel or the thread path gets moved by the operator until it is useless.
Magnetic and screw bases with flexible goosenecks, and bracket variants for specific machine heads where the standard base does not suit.
A decision for hundreds of machines made from a catalogue photograph is a decision made blind.
We supply samples so the lamp can be fitted on your own machine, on your own fabric, and judged by the operator who will use it.
A hall relamped with a model that is discontinued next year cannot be maintained.

How do we decide how many LEDs per station
By the fabric and the operation. Dark fabric, topstitching and inspection want the 30 and 36 LED models. General assembly on pale fabric is well served lower down the range.
Can we mix models in one order
Yes. Most floors end up with a mix, and we quote them together.
Will the lamps work on our supply
Most models take 85V-265V. Tell us the supply in each building and we will confirm before you order.
Can you supply spares against an installed model
Yes. Tell us the model already installed and we will match it rather than sending the nearest current equivalent.
