We attach great importance to product quality and production engineering. In practice that comes down to three machines in our own test room, each aimed at one of the three ways a pet product actually fails in retail.

The Three Checks
What We Test And Why It Is That Test
- Tensile machineSeam and webbing strength. This is the check behind every harness, lead and collar, because the failure that matters most is the one where the dog gets away.
- Colour fastness testerDye transfer and wash loss. This is why a dark apparel item does not end up printing itself onto a white coat, and why a licensed print survives washing.
- Salt-spraying testerCorrosion on metal hardware. Buckles, D rings and clips on leads and harnesses live outdoors, and rust on hardware is a returns problem long before it is a safety one.

Testing Inside The Production Flow
- Testing is done in our own facility rather than sent out after the goods are made
- Checks run against the item's own specification, including its published size grade
- Finished items are inspected for size and finish before packing
- The same Item No carries the same specification on a repeat order
Being Straight
What We Do Not Claim
A quality page is worth nothing if it lists certificates the factory cannot produce. So here is what is not on this page.
- We do not list ISO, BSCI, CE, ASTM or EN71 marks on this site. If your buying team needs a specific report for a specific item, ask and we will tell you honestly what we can supply
- We do not publish a defect rate, because a number nobody can audit is just decoration
- We do not publish a lead time before we know the item, the quantity and the changes

Quality Control and Testing Questions
What testing equipment do you actually have?
A tensile machine, a colour fastness tester and a salt-spraying tester, in our own facility in the Wuhan factory. Those three cover seam and webbing strength, dye behaviour and hardware corrosion.
Are you certified to ISO 9001 or BSCI?
We do not publish certification claims on this site. Tell us which document your buying team needs and for which item, and we will answer honestly by email about what we can supply.
Can you run a third party test if we require one?
Tell us the standard, the item and the laboratory your buyer requires. We will confirm in writing whether we can arrange it and what it involves before you place the order.
What happens if goods arrive not matching the specification?
Send photographs and the Item No to the same email thread the order ran in. Because production and the product record are both ours, we can trace it rather than pointing at a subcontractor.
Do you inspect before shipment?
Items are checked for size and finish before packing. If you want your own inspector or a third party inspection before shipment, say so in the order and we will arrange access.
