Which countries do you already export to?
The United States and Europe generally, and specifically Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Czech, Sweden and South Africa.
Can you pack to our retail specification?
Yes. Retail packaging and barcode are produced to your specification. Send the pack format and artwork with your enquiry so it is priced in from the start rather than added later.
What is your lead time?
It depends on the item, the quantity and any changes you need, so we do not publish one number. Send the item list and the date you need goods landed and we will tell you whether it is realistic.
Do you handle shipping or do we arrange it?
Tell us in your enquiry whether you want us to arrange freight or you have a forwarder. Either works; what matters is that it is settled before production rather than after.
Can you ship a small trial order?
Yes, and it is common here because most items carry a 10 piece minimum. Bear in mind that the freight cost per piece on a small trial does not reflect the volume shipment.
