Is 10 pieces the minimum on everything?
On most catalogue items, yes. Every product page states the minimum for that item, so where it differs you will see it on the item rather than having to ask.
Can I mix ten pieces across sizes?
Tell us the split you want. On a graded apparel style a mixed size trial is usually exactly what the ten pieces are for.
Can I order one piece as a sample?
Ask in your enquiry with the Item No and we will confirm the sample arrangement in writing. What we will not do is quote you a sample policy on a website that then turns out not to apply to your item.
How many items can I put in one trial order?
As many as you like. The minimum is per item, not per order, so thirty different Item No codes at ten pieces each is a normal shipment.
Will the price at ten pieces reflect the volume price?
No, and you should not plan a margin from it. Ask for both when you enquire so you can see the trial price and the volume price side by side.
