Pet Brands and Licensed Programmes Questions
Can you work from our artwork?
Yes. Send the artwork, the placement and any Pantone or colour reference you work to. We will confirm what is reproducible on the fabric in question before anything is cut.
Do you do private label?
Yes. Your own woven label, neck label and hang tag, and retail packaging with your barcode. Send the label spec with your enquiry and we will quote against it.
Can you develop a product that is not in the catalogue?
Our production developing team designs and customises to a customer's request. Send a drawing, a sample or a reference photo and we will come back on whether it fits what our line does.
How do you stop colour drifting between sample and production?
Colour fastness is checked in our own test room on a dedicated tester. That is the check that catches dye transfer and washing loss, which are the two ways a licensed print usually fails after approval.
Who owns the pattern for a custom development?
Set it out in writing with your enquiry and we will confirm it in the same thread before development starts. We would rather agree that at the beginning than argue about it later.
