Every Stage From Brief To Container
Each stage below is a decision point where a specification can still be changed without repeating the one before it.
Step 01
Brief
You send the size, thickness, colour, surface texture and target market. If your market has a specific standard, say so here — it changes the compound.
Step 02
Artwork
Logos and prints are prepared for our lamination and printing lines. Vector artwork reproduces best at tile scale.
Step 03
Sample
A physical sample goes out by express. The courier charge is refunded on your first bulk order.
Step 04
Tooling
Non-standard sizes need their own cutting tooling, which we make in-house.
Step 05
Production
The approved sample becomes the production reference for density, colour and surface.
Step 06
Packing
Retail or bulk packaging in your own design, shrink-wrapped inner with carton outer as standard.

How long does this process take?
Sampling normally runs in days rather than weeks, and regular production orders are delivered within 30 days once the sample is approved.
Do I pay for samples?
Samples are sent by express with freight collect, and the courier charge is refunded on your first bulk order.
Can you work to our existing specification sheet?
Yes. Send the density, thickness, size, surface and certification requirement and we will quote against it directly.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C, D/P and O/A, with 24/7 after-sales support and a 2-year product warranty.
