Where EVA Foam Mats Are Made
Production workshop
Foaming and cutting lines run inside the 18,000 m² Suqian plant, which keeps density and tile dimensions under one quality system.
Raw material and finished goods
Material storage and finished-goods areas sit on the same site, so an approved compound and a packed order never move between subcontractors.
Moulding and pressing
Sheets are expanded under heat and pressure — the stage that decides whether a mat still measures its stated thickness after a season of use.
Inspection and loading
Final sampling before every shipment, with loading photographs available on request and third-party inspection arranged at 80% production.

From EVA Resin To A Packed Container
Compounding
EVA resin, LDPE and colour masterbatch are weighed and mixed to the density the order specifies — 70–75 kg/m³ for standard tiles, 80 kg/m³ for rubber-blend and tatami.
Foaming
Sheets are moulded and expanded under heat and pressure. Cell structure at this stage decides whether the mat keeps its thickness under load.
Lamination
Printed film, suede or rubber surfaces are bonded for wood-grain, plush and heavy-duty lines.
Die-Cutting
Tiles and interlocking edges are cut to 30×30, 50×50, 60×60 or 100×100 cm, or to your own tooling.
Inspection
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final sampling before every shipment, with third-party testing arranged on request.
Packing & Loading
Shrink-wrapped inner with carton outer, loaded from Shuyang for Shanghai or Qingdao departure.

How many people work in production?
More than 120 experienced production workers, alongside automated foaming and cutting lines.
Can I see the production line before ordering?
Yes — a 360° virtual tour of the workshops is on this page, and buyers are welcome to visit or send a third-party inspector.
