Materials and manufacturing
How It Is Made
EVA resin, LDPE and colour masterbatch are compounded to the density above, expanded under heat and pressure, laminated where the line requires it, then die-cut to tile and interlock geometry. Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final sampling run before every shipment.
