How it gets made

Production runs in our own factory in Hangzhou: knitting on a three-line machine system, then cutting, sewing on 110+ sets of equipment, and finishing. More than 100 experienced workers are on the floor, and the annual capacity across the factory is about 1,000,000 sets.

Development is handled by the same people: our design team works with yours to turn the drawing into a garment, and adjusts the fit until it wears comfortably rather than only measuring correctly.

About this style

Can tropical print top & short set be produced in our own colourway?

Yes. Colour, print artwork and placement, trims, labels and packaging are all specified by the buyer. The block stays the same, which is why a colour change costs far less than a new style.

What information do you need to quote it?

The quantity and size split, the target ship date, the fabric if you have already specified one, and artwork for any print or embroidery. If a field is missing we will tell you which one is holding the quote.

Do you supply a sample before bulk?

Yes — samples are made by the same team that runs the bulk line, and comments are resolved against your tech pack before the sample is sealed.
