The wall was supplied on MSR-HD-1.2 indoor fixed cabinets with a 16:9 aspect ratio, 0.9mm minimum pixel pitch, front maintenance design, 58mm ultra-thin aluminium cabinet, and a cableless, structural hard link system. Fast lock with high precision positioning allows tool-free installation and alignment. The cabinets are designed to be replaced in groups of four to match traditional 55-inch LCD displays, enabling bezel-free 2K, 4K, and 8K output.

Cabinets were packed with spare modules, receiving cards, and power supplies to ensure field spares were available from the first installation, eliminating the need for a second shipment.

Testing

Modules passed soldering inspection and an ageing test. Cabinets were assembled and tested as a full wall in the factory, including a screen installation test and a screen ageing test to ensure brightness and colour uniformity across all cabinets.
