What We Will Not Do
- Quote a certification the company does not hold
- Substitute a grade into a code position without your written agreement
- Ship against an inspection that was booked but not completed
- Publish customer names or project references without permission
Questions About Quality And Inspection
What certifications does the company hold?
ISO 9001, API Q1, PED, CE and API 5L, 5CT and 5DP, plus a CNAS-certified in-house quality control laboratory.
Do you have your own testing laboratory?
Yes. The in-house quality control laboratory holds CNAS certification and carries out the routine chemical and mechanical testing.
Can we appoint a third-party inspector?
Yes. Third-party inspection services are available and are best booked at order stage so the production schedule allows for the visit.
What documents ship with the material?
Mill certificates issued against the grade and standard stated on the purchase order, plus laboratory results where testing was carried out in house.
Can you supply to a code stamp?
State the code and grade family on the enquiry. Material is supplied against the standard written on the purchase order.
What if a delivery is not right?
Raise it within one month of receiving the goods and a return and refund can be negotiated.
