Documents are issued against a specific grade, size and order, so they are sent by email or WhatsApp once we know what you are buying. A generic PDF would tell you less than the real certificate.
How fast do documents come back?
Ask on WhatsApp or by email and the request goes straight to the sales desk during working hours, Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 18:00 GMT+8.
Can you send certificates before we place the order?
Yes. Company certification copies and laboratory scope are sent with the quotation.
Can we get a sample before committing?
Samples are generally free. Freight is paid by the buyer, and a charge applies when the sample quantity or value is high.
