Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the factory. Weifang JDSX makes its own moulds and handles production and delivery in house.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 piece. You can order a single head to check the finish before placing a full order.
How fast can you deliver?
3,000 pieces are delivered within ten days. A new copper mould takes around 10 days before production starts.
Can I customise the head?
Yes — style, skin colour, make-up and eye colour. We make our own moulds, so a shape unique to your brand can be developed.
What is the packing and shipping arrangement?
Inner box 20×20×50 cm, outer carton 40×60×51 cm, shipped from Qingdao Port. Monthly volume is about 23,562 pieces, roughly seven 40 HC containers; annual volume is about 269,280 pieces.
Which markets do you supply?
Products are already exported to America, Germany, Australia, Africa, Japan, Korea and more than 20 other countries and regions. Our main markets are America, Southeast Asia, Europe and Australia.
What material do you use?
Environmentally friendly PVC for the display and training heads, PU for the PU head, and a cork core with canvas cover for the canvas block head.
Do you protect a customer's own design?
Yes. Because mould making, production and delivery all happen in our own plant, a design developed for a customer stays with that customer.
What is the port of shipment?
Qingdao Port, Shandong.
Can I order a single piece to test?
Yes. MOQ is 1 piece on standard models.
Do you supply heads without make-up?
Yes. Abstract display heads are supplied faceless, and training heads can be supplied without hair. Tell us what finish you need.
How do I get a quotation?
Email the model codes, quantity, any custom make-up or skin tone, and your destination port. You can also call the sales team directly.
