Most enquiries that end in an order start with one sample and a list of things wrong with it. This is how that loop runs here, and why 7 days matters more than it looks.
How This Works In Practice
Each stage names the thing that usually goes wrong and what we do about it.
Reference
The problem. A photograph is not a specification, and most first enquiries are a photograph.
How we handle it. We match the photograph to the nearest model in the 95 model range and tell you which parts differ from the reference.
Sample Build
The problem. Sample rounds that take a month burn the selling season.
How we handle it. Sample lead time is 7 days. In house plastic and hardware production is what makes that possible.
Evaluation
The problem. Buyers test comfort and forget the parts that fail first.
How we handle it. We supply the mechanism, gas lift class and base specification with the sample so the test covers the wear parts, not just the seat.
Revision
The problem. Second samples usually change one part and break another.
How we handle it. Changes are recorded against the specification sheet so the revision list is explicit before the second build.
Release
The problem. Approved samples drift once mass production starts.
How we handle it. The signed sample and the written specification travel together into the 30 day production run.

Where does this process start?
With a model code or a photograph and a target landed price. We identify the closest model in the 95 model range and tell you what has to change.
How fast is a sample?
Seven days. Injection moulding, hardware and assembly are in house, so a base or armrest change does not wait on an outside component supplier.
How fast is mass production?
Thirty days from a confirmed order, run against the signed sample and the written specification sheet.
Do you handle the packing design as well?
Yes. Pieces per carton, carton size, carton marks and colour count are agreed with you. Our own desk range ships in brown boxes with two colour carton marks.
Can you produce under our brand?
Yes. Private label and OEM production is part of what we do, and branding is set during tooling and packing design rather than added afterwards.
