How This Works In Practice
Each stage names the thing that usually goes wrong and what we do about it.
Floor Take Off
The problem. Quantities drawn from a layout rarely match what the floor needs.
How we handle it. We work from the room schedule: workstations, manager offices, meeting rooms, training rooms and reception, and quote each position.
Series Matching
The problem. Four rooms furnished from four suppliers never look like one project.
How we handle it. Series such as 2323, 2228 and 2215 give high back, middle back and visitor versions of one design across every room.
Customisation
The problem. Project specifications rarely match a stock colourway.
How we handle it. Upholstery colour, armrest type and base finish are changed on our own line. Injection moulding, hardware and assembly are in house.
Approval
The problem. Projects stall when the approval sample is late.
How we handle it. Sample lead time is 7 days, which usually fits inside a fit out programme.
Staged Delivery
The problem. A site cannot receive a whole floor at once.
How we handle it. Production is scheduled so cartons arrive by zone rather than as one delivery.

Where does this process start?
With a model code or a photograph and a target landed price. We identify the closest model in the 95 model range and tell you what has to change.
How fast is a sample?
Seven days. Injection moulding, hardware and assembly are in house, so a base or armrest change does not wait on an outside component supplier.
How fast is mass production?
Thirty days from a confirmed order, run against the signed sample and the written specification sheet.
Do you handle the packing design as well?
Yes. Pieces per carton, carton size, carton marks and colour count are agreed with you. Our own desk range ships in brown boxes with two colour carton marks.
Can you produce under our brand?
Yes. Private label and OEM production is part of what we do, and branding is set during tooling and packing design rather than added afterwards.
