How This Works In Practice
Each stage names the thing that usually goes wrong and what we do about it.
Model Selection
The problem. Assortments chosen on photographs load badly and sell unevenly.
How we handle it. We start from the CBM table: 0.038 to 0.056 for desks, 0.099 to 0.290 for seating, and build an assortment that fills the container evenly.
Volume Planning
The problem. Buyers discover at the port that the order is 8 CBM short or over.
How we handle it. Every model carries a published carton size and CBM, so the loading plan is finished before the proforma invoice.
Packing Mix
The problem. Single piece cartons on task chairs waste freight.
How we handle it. Task and visitor models are packed two or three pieces per carton where the design allows; executive and leather models stay one per carton to protect finishes.
Production Scheduling
The problem. A container waits on the one model with the longest lead time.
How we handle it. The whole order is scheduled against the 30 day mass production window rather than model by model.
Loading
The problem. Mixed cartons damage each other in transit.
How we handle it. Heavier desk cartons load low, seating cartons above, with carton marks printed to keep the unloading sequence obvious.

How fast is a sample?
Seven days. Injection moulding, hardware and assembly are in house, so a base or armrest change does not wait on an outside component supplier.
How fast is mass production?
Thirty days from a confirmed order, run against the signed sample and the written specification sheet.
Do you handle the packing design as well?
Yes. Pieces per carton, carton size, carton marks and colour count are agreed with you. Our own desk range ships in brown boxes with two colour carton marks.
