Brief

How we handle it. Send photographs, the sample model code and the landed price you need. We identify the closest model in the range and list what has to change.
Specification
The problem. Buyers approve a look and inherit a mechanism they never chose.
How we handle it. We fix the mechanism, base diameter and material, gas lift class, caster type and armrest before sampling, and put them in writing.
Sampling
The problem. Sample rounds are where private label programmes lose a season.
How we handle it. Samples in 7 days. Plastic parts, hardware and assembly are in house, so a base or armrest change does not wait on a component supplier.
Branding
The problem. Logos applied after production look applied after production.
How we handle it. Branding on back frames, carton marks and packaging is set during tooling and packing design rather than added at the end.
Production
The problem. First production runs drift from the approved sample.
How we handle it. Mass production runs 30 days against the signed sample and the written specification sheet.
Packing
