Do you supply home office and retail projects directly or through dealers?
Both. We supply importers and contract dealers, and we also quote project buyers directly when the volume justifies a container.
Can we get a specification sheet for a tender file?
Yes. Each model has a published mechanism, base diameter and material, gas lift class, caster type, product size, carton size and package CBM. Tell us the model codes and we will send the sheet.
How long before delivery?
Mass production runs 30 days from a confirmed order, plus sea freight to your port. Samples take 7 days if approval is needed first.
Can seating be matched across different rooms?
Yes. Series such as 2323, 2228 and 2215 are built as high back, middle back and visitor versions of one design, so a whole floor stays visually consistent.
Can we order in our own colours?
Yes. Upholstery colour, armrest type and base finish are changed on our own line. Injection moulding, hardware and assembly are in house.
