Six lines is all it takes
Most enquiries stall because the first message says “please send price list for LED floodlight”. These are the six things our engineer needs before a price means anything.
- Project typeFacade, landscape, coastal, retail interior, signage.
- Fixtures and quantityType and rough count — 60 × RGBW facade floodlights, say.
- Mounting geometryMounting height and throw distance to the surface. Beam angle follows from this.
- LightColour temperature, or full colour; any dimming requirement.
- ControlDMX512 / RDM, Casambi, RF remote, Tuya, or none.
- Site exposure and dateCountry, distance from the sea, and when you need delivery.

What happens next

An engineer reads the message — not an auto-responder. If something critical is missing, we ask one question rather than sending a generic catalogue.
Fixture schedule
You get specific models with wattage, beam angle and IP rating against each part of the project, plus the price.
Samples if needed
On custom or high-quantity work, samples go out before tooling so nothing is cut against an assumption.
Production & QC
Bin verification, gasket torque, IP check, burn-in and control testing before anything is packed.
