How This Runs Step by Step
Consultation
We start from your brand, your target market and your price point, not from a catalogue page. What comes out of this stage is a packaging strategy: which structures are realistic at your volume and which ones are not.
Design and engineering review
Structure, wall sections, closure fit and decoration are reviewed together. Problems that only appear at assembly - a plated edge that fouls the neck, a wrap seam that lands on the front face - are cheaper to solve on a drawing than on a tool.
Tooling and mould development
High-precision tools are cut for the parts that need them. Tooling decides whether batch two looks like batch one, which is why it is the stage we spend the most time on.
Sampling
Functional samples are produced so structure, finish and performance can be validated before anything is committed to volume.
Material inspection
Plastic and metal materials are inspected on arrival, before they reach a machine.
Controlled mass production
Injection moulding, CNC and die casting, surface finishing and assembly run to defined work instructions so output stays consistent across batches.
Assembly and functional testing
Spray testing, sealing and performance checks are run as the product is assembled, not after it is boxed.
Final inspection and shipment
Appearance, function and packaging are verified before the shipment is released, with batch numbers recorded across cartons and pallets.

Can you work from a physical sample instead of drawings?
Yes. A sample is often better than a drawing, because it carries the hand feel and the finish reference in one object. Send photographs first through WhatsApp and we will tell you what else we need.
Who owns the tooling?
Tooling commercial terms are agreed per project before development starts. Raise it in the first conversation rather than after sampling, because it affects the quotation.
How long does development take?
Typical project lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from brief to shipment, depending on how much new tooling the structure needs and how many colour rounds the finish takes.
Can you match a colour to our existing bottle?
Colour is developed against a Pantone reference or a physical sample you send. A physical sample is the more reliable of the two, because it carries the substrate as well as the colour.
