How This Runs Step by Step
Precision plastic injection
Injection moulding for PCTG perfume atomizer vials and packaging components. The vial is the part in contact with the fragrance, so its material and its moulding conditions are controlled tightly.
Metal component manufacturing
CNC machining and die casting for aluminium shells and zinc alloy perfume caps, including the closure assemblies that carry magnets.
Wrapping and decoration
Anodising, electroplating and leather wrapping. Keeping decoration in house is what allows a cap edge and an atomizer collar to be matched to the same reference.
Assembly and production
Assembly lines for atomizer builds, with functional testing integrated into the line rather than run as a separate stage.
Packaging and labelling
Custom logo printing, retail boxes, inserts and display units, packed to the format agreed before production.

Production capacity is 300,000 pieces per month, with annual output above 5 million pieces. Capacity is scheduled against your programme rather than taken first come first served.
Is everything made in house?
Component processing, decoration and final assembly are managed under one controlled manufacturing system. That is what makes batch-to-batch consistency and short internal lead times possible.
Can production scale after a first order?
Yes. Capacity is adjusted to support both initial volumes and long-term mass production programmes; the same tooling and work instructions carry across.
