Pain points

What Goes Wrong in This Category

Full-size bottles never reach the cabin

A 100 ml glass bottle is the wrong object for a carry-on: heavy, fragile and over the liquid limit in most jurisdictions. Brands lose the wear occasion entirely between the check-in desk and the hotel room.

Decanting damages the fragrance

Customers who decant into a generic spray bottle expose the oil to air and to whatever the previous contents were. The fragrance they smell on day three is not the one you shipped.

Leaks are returned to you, not to the airline

A cap that loosens at altitude ruins a bag lining, and the complaint arrives at your customer service desk with a photograph.

Typical scenarios

Where These Products End Up

  • Duty-free and travel retail discovery sets
  • Airline and hotel amenity programmes
  • Travel editions of an existing signature fragrance
  • Corporate gifting and event merchandising

Delivery capability

Travel programmes are usually seasonal, so the date is fixed before the artwork is. We work back from your in-store date: tooling and first samples, then colour and finish approval, then production. Typical project lead time from brief to shipment is 8 to 12 weeks.

FAQ

Travel Fragrance Questions

Which capacities clear carry-on liquid rules?

Every atomizer in the range is 10 ml or smaller, so all of them sit well inside the 100 ml per-container limit that applies in most jurisdictions. The 5 ml bodies are the volume sellers; the 9 ml and 10 ml models are specified when customers complain of running out on longer trips.

Can the atomizer be filled with our fragrance before shipping?

We manufacture and supply empty packaging. Filling is done by your own filling line or your contract filler, which also keeps the fragrance formula inside your control.

How is leakage tested?

Every unit is leak tested before packing as part of final inspection, alongside spray performance and appearance checks.

Can we run a travel size that matches our main bottle finish?

Yes. Colour is developed against a Pantone reference or a physical sample of your bottle, and the same reference is used for the cap edge or collar so the two parts match in daylight, not just under factory lighting.
