The materials and what each one buys you
Anodised aluminium is lightweight, corrosion resistant and available in a wide colour range. Zinc alloy provides the heavier hand feel that reads as premium. Genuine and vegan leather add a tactile layer for limited editions and gift sets. The choice is a positioning decision as much as an engineering one.
Customisation scope
Logo engraving by laser or UV printing, custom colour matching through the Pantone system, material customisation across metal, leather or mixed designs, and packaging customisation. For a brand launching or upgrading a fragrance, this is where differentiation actually comes from.
Beyond the atomizer
The same production lines handle refillable travel sprays for 5 ml and 10 ml retail sets, magnetic perfume caps, and car fragrance diffusers. Brands that start with one of these usually add the next, because the finish reference already exists.
Inspection
Leak testing, spray performance testing and surface finishing inspection are run on production. Third-party inspection such as SGS is supported where a customer requires it.

Can we mix materials on one product?
Yes. Mixed designs - an aluminium shell with a leather wrap and a zinc alloy closure, for example - are standard across the atomizer range.
