What This Product Is And Who Buys It
The NBR exercise mat is the volume mat in the Everight fitness line. Closed cell nitrile butadiene rubber foam gives a soft, warm surface with far more cushioning than a standard PVC yoga mat, which is why it is the mat most often specified for knee and spine work, physiotherapy and general gym floor exercise rather than hot yoga.
The original product sheet lists three thicknesses: 8 mm, 10 mm and 15 mm. Thicker mats are heavier and roll larger, so most retail programmes carry 10 mm as the core SKU and add 15 mm as a premium comfort option. Surface embossing, edge finish, colour and the carry strap or mesh bag are all specified on the order.

10 mm is the safest core SKU. It is comfortable enough for kneeling work but still rolls to a size that ships and merchandises well. Add 15 mm as a comfort option once the range is established.
Yes. NBR is foamed to colour rather than surface printed, so we match to a physical reference or a Pantone number and the colour runs through the mat.
No. The embossing roller determines the pattern and we hold several. A custom pattern is possible where the volume supports new tooling.
