A Showroom You Can Walk Through
Everight Products Co., Limited is a manufacturer and exporter based in Ningbo. Our own factories cover the fitness, home organizer, footcare and Christmas lines, which is why a specification change here is a production instruction rather than a request passed to a third party.
The showroom below holds current samples of every category on this site. It is where counter samples are compared to sealed references, where visiting buyers see a gel insole and an outdoor cover in the same hour, and where the photographs on this website were taken.
Quality Control At Four Fixed Points
Inspecting a finished container tells you what went wrong. These checks are placed where a problem can still be fixed.
Incoming Material
Fabric weight, gel hardness, foam density and hardware checked against the written specification before anything is cut. Weight drift is the most common silent substitution in soft goods.
First Output
The first pieces off the line are compared to the sealed retained sample. Anything that differs stops the line while it is still one carton rather than one container.
In Line
Sampling through the run catches drift in stitch density, weld continuity, dimensions and colour, with particular attention to bar-tacking at every load point.
Pre Packing And Final
Function, dimensional and cosmetic checks before bagging, then carton contents, labelling and barcode scan verified before the cartons are sealed.
Claims We Do Not Make
A supplier page is easy to fill with certification logos, production capacity figures and export country counts. We publish only what we can evidence, so this page carries none of those.

Yes. The Ningbo showroom holds current samples of all seven categories. Tell us when you are travelling and we will make sure the samples you want to see are out.
Yes, and on a first order it is worth doing. Name the agency and the inspection date is built into the production plan rather than treated as an interruption.
Certification requirements differ by product and destination market. Tell us the market and the standard you need and we will confirm what applies to that item and quote any testing as a separate line rather than make a general claim.
A sealed retained sample plus a written specification. Repeat orders are compared to the sealed sample, never to the previous shipment, because comparing to the last shipment lets standards slip one step at a time.
You are told with photographs and the cause, and rework or replacement is agreed before shipment. Shipping a known defect and arguing later helps nobody.
