Private label is more than a printed logo. It is the label inside the garment, the colour of the binding, the copy on the back of the pack, the barcode position and the outer carton that a depot has to read from three metres away. We treat all of it as one specification.
The Process Step By Step
Brand pack
You send logo files, colour references, typography and any packaging manual you already work to.
Application
We advise where the mark should go for each item: woven label, embroidery, debossing, moulding or print.
Artwork
We lay out header cards, belly bands, boxes and cartons, including barcodes, origin and warning text.
Proof
You approve a printed proof, not a screen file. Colour on card and colour on screen are not the same thing.
Production
Packaging is printed and matched to the production run, with the proof retained alongside the sealed sample.

Yes, dielines for every pack format we make, so your designer works to the real cut and fold.
You supply the numbers, we place and print them and check the scan on the printed proof before bulk.
