What The Industrial Cubic Evaporator Does
Howcool Industrial Cubic Evaporators (D-type ceiling-mounted air coolers) adopt spray-molding technology for the outer casing — corrosion-resistant and aesthetically clean. The heat exchanger coil is arranged in a new pattern that reduces wind-side resistance while maintaining high heat-transfer efficiency. Aluminum fins are mechanically expanded onto copper tubes, ensuring reliable thermal contact over the long term.
Selected fan motors deliver low noise, high airflow and steady operation. All electrical connections terminate in a dedicated junction box for convenient installation and maintenance. U-shaped stainless-steel electric heating tubes embedded in the coil provide high-efficiency defrost. Every unit is pressure-retained and nitrogen-charged before leaving the factory — ready for field installation.
