CONSIDER soft-shell hyperbaric chamber systems being prepared for shipment

Build a chamber line under your own brand

OEM and ODM Private-Label Chamber Programmes

Distributors and clinic groups rarely want a catalogue. They want a defined line of two or three models, in their colours, with their logo, their manual language and packaging that clears customs in their market.

Stage by stage

Where Projects Go Wrong and How We Handle It

Each stage lists the failure we see most often, then what happens instead when the step is handled properly.

  1. Market and model selection

A catalogue of sixteen models is not a product line, and the wrong entry model stalls a launch.

We narrow the range to the pressures, postures and capacities your market actually buys, usually one entry soft chamber, one flagship and one professional system.

  2. Customisation scope

Branding decided late means re-tooling, re-photographing and a second sample round.

Logo branding, chamber and cover colour, control system, operating pressure, accessories and packaging are fixed in writing before production starts.

  3. Documentation and manuals

A chamber that arrives with the wrong manual language cannot be sold or supported.

Multilingual manuals, operating materials and the certificate set are prepared for the destination market as part of the order.

  4. Sample approval

Signing off on photographs leads to disputes at container level.

A sample unit is produced and approved against the agreed specification before the main order is released to production.

  5. Production and testing

Quality that varies between batches destroys a young brand.

Assembly and system testing follow EU manufacturing standards and 5S principles, and every machine completes several hours of tune-up testing before it is packed.

  6. Freight and handover

A brand launch stalls if the first container lands without installation support.

Insured worldwide freight, remote commissioning, operator training and lifetime online technical support are arranged with the shipment, not after it.

Frequently asked questions

Questions About This Programme

What is the minimum order quantity for an OEM programme?

One unit. OEM and ODM customisation, including logo branding and colour, is available from a single unit, which lets distributors validate a model before committing to volume.

What exactly can be customised?

Logo branding, chamber and cover colour, control system, operating pressure, accessories, packaging and multilingual manuals. Appearance and control changes on hard-shell models are discussed per project.

Who owns the branding and the product photography?

The private-label branding applied to your units is yours. Agree photography, naming and market territory in writing at the start of the programme.

How long does a first OEM order take?

Production is 10-30 days after testing depending on model and quantity, plus 7-10 days air freight or 4-6 weeks sea freight. Sample approval happens before that clock starts.
