How a Hyperbaric Oxygen Session Works
Raising ambient pressure lets the body take on more oxygen than it can at sea level. The chamber controls the pressure; the oxygen system controls the concentration.
Enter and Pressurize
Step in, seal the chamber and pressurize from 1.3 up to 2.0 ATA. The transition feels like a smooth aircraft descent and is managed with normal ear clearing.
Breathe Concentrated Oxygen
At target pressure the user breathes up to 93% concentrated oxygen through a mask, against the roughly 21% in ambient air.
Relax for 60-90 Minutes
Sessions typically run 60-90 minutes. Quiet operation, viewing windows and climate control make the chamber usable for reading, streaming or resting.
