Our quality page sets out what happens before a new part is released to production, and it is more specific than most factories publish: first article inspection, process capability study, pre-production runs to produce a limited number of samples, production part approval process, and ECN release to production after customer approval.
Not every order needs all five. Which ones apply depends on customer requirements, engineering complexity and quality constraints, in our own published wording. This page is here so you can decide which of them your programme should ask for.

Our inspection lab is third party and features a Brown and Sharp Microval coordinate measuring machine with Quadra-Check 3D software, an OGP optical comparator with smart edge detection, and standard calipers micrometers thread and height gauges and surface plates.
Material certifications are kept on file for all incoming shipments of thermoplastic resins.
Through internal audits, trend monitoring on corrective and preventive action requests, analysis of product conformity data, and periodic customer satisfaction surveys.
