A private label programme fails at the pack more often than at the product. The artwork is drawn from a dimension instead of the moulding, the blister is tooled late, and the carton quantity is picked as a round number rather than worked back from a pallet.
We keep 28 packing formats in the catalogue and list blister packaging machines among our in-house equipment. Pack development therefore happens next to the injection machines, which removes most of the ways a private label pack goes wrong.
