New tooling and modifications handled inside the plant that runs the injection machines, not through an outside mould shop.
Our own about page states it plainly: we have our own molding centre and experienced engineers ready to make any modifications and improvements requested. That sentence is the whole reason OEM work is practical here. The people who cut the change are in the same building as the machine that will run it.
A tooling conversation with us starts from a drawing or a sample, not from a catalogue. We tell you what can be changed on existing tooling, what needs a new tool, and where a change will cost more than it earns.

Our engineers say whether the part can run on existing tooling, needs a modification, or needs a new tool.
Tooling Quotation
Tool cost and lead time quoted separately from the piece price so you can see both.
First Article
A first article inspection is run before the tool is released to production, following the qualification flow on our quality page.
Pre-production Run
A limited number of samples produced on production conditions.
Release
ECN release to production after your approval.
