Purchased items that go into a CM final product are subject to a technical quality control inspection and resin certifications are kept on file. New parts go through a qualification path that can include first article inspection a process capability study pre-production runs PPAP and ECN release after customer approval. Through the production cycle parts are verified by dimensional functional and destructive tests.
