EASY STICK is the single model in our EASY STICK range and the platform the finished racks are built on. It is produced in our Ningbo plant where mould making plastic injection electricity plating testing assembling and packing are all in-house operations, so a repeat order runs from the same tooling as the sample you approve.

New parts go through a qualification path that can include first article inspection a process capability study pre-production runs PPAP and ECN release after customer approval. Through the production cycle parts are verified by dimensional functional and destructive tests.
