1H1 is one of the 83 models in our Shower Head Series. It is produced in our Ningbo plant where mould making plastic injection electricity plating testing assembling and packing are all in-house operations, so a repeat order runs from the same tooling as the sample you approve.

Materials

Standard construction is an ABS plastic body with an electroplated chrome surface. Plating is run on our own line rather than bought outside. Where a model uses a stainless steel or brass part in the connection or the filter our engineering team will confirm the exact build against the drawing before sampling.

Manufacturing Process

Every stage below happens inside our own plant. That is what makes a repeat order come off the same cavity and the same plating line as the approved sample.

Customization Options

• Colour box or blister artwork printed to the buyer's own design.

1. Check The Inlet Thread

   Confirm the inlet thread against your hose before you place the order. Send us the hose you use and we will confirm the match rather than assume it.

2. Match The Pressure Range

   The published working range is 6 to 12 kg. Where your market runs lower pressure tell us at enquiry stage so we quote a spray plate suited to it.

3. Decide The Pack Early

   Blister bubble bag blister pack and colour box all change the carton quantity and the shipping cost. Fixing the pack at sample stage avoids a re-quote.

4. Keep One Cavity For Repeats

   Once a model is approved we keep the order on the same tooling so the finish and the fit stay the same between shipments.
