Send the List
Problem: Quoting one part number at a time takes weeks.
How we solve it: Send the whole list of OEM numbers, with photographs where you have them. We quote the list as one order.
Fitment Confirmation
Problem: Published cross references are not always complete.
How we solve it: We confirm pin count, voltage and housing against each number before quoting, and ask for a connector photograph where a number is ambiguous.
Samples
Problem: Committing a container to an unproven part.
How we solve it: Samples are free of charge with freight at your cost. Fit them and test before the volume order.
Order Confirmation
Problem: Terms that shift after the deposit.
How we solve it: Quantity, packing, labelling, price, payment term and delivery date are fixed in writing at order confirmation.
Payment
Problem: A payment route that does not suit your bank or your market.
How we solve it: T/T, D/P, L/C, PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance are all accepted.
Production and Test
Problem: No visibility between deposit and shipment.
How we solve it: Fast moving items ship from stock in 7 to 10 working days. Production orders run up to 40 days, and every unit is function and leakage tested before packing.
Packing and Marking
Problem: Cartons that cannot be traced or cleared quickly.
How we solve it: Carton quantity, marking and weights are agreed at order confirmation and printed consistently.
Shipment
Problem: Freight arranged twice for the same market.
How we solve it: Mixed part numbers ship as one consolidated order, with documents issued against the agreed payment term.

What is your minimum order quantity?
10 pcs per catalogue item, and we accept small trial orders so you can test a part number in your market first.
How long is delivery?
7 to 10 working days on fast moving items held in stock. Production orders can run up to 40 days, and the date is fixed in writing at order confirmation.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T, D/P, L/C, PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Can I mix many part numbers in one shipment?
Yes. Most distributors consolidate flashers, relays, switches, sensors and valves into one order.
