What does the CHINO ELECTRIC brand cover?
CHINO ELECTRIC is our own brand. It covers sensors, switches, relays, flashers, solenoid valves and controllers for commercial vehicle electrical systems.
Do you have any certification?
Yes. We hold IATF 16949:2016 certification and perform production and quality control strictly according to the IATF 16949:2016 documents. Product pages also carry ISO 9001:2015.
How does the factory control product quality?
We use components from named suppliers including Alstrom Korea, Hollingsworth and Vose USA, Gessner Germany, AB glue from Taiwan and BAO Steel Shanghai, and we build and perform operation and QC documents with process requirements, parameters and control points at every step.
Do you test the products?
Yes. We make a leakage test on 100 percent of spare parts before delivery, and we test performance parameters in our own laboratory.
Can I see how the parts are made?
We have recorded video of every process step and of the tests, and published them on YouTube. Customers are also welcome to visit the factory.
What is your after sales service?
We take responsibility for any complaint caused by a CHINO product. We respond within 24 hours and come back with our solution within 3 days.
