Choose the Packing Level
Problem: Retail shelf, workshop counter and depot stores need different packaging.
How we solve it: Neutral packing with no brand marking, a customer branded box with barcode label, or the CHINO branded retail box. You can mix levels across one order.
Label Data
Problem: Barcodes that do not scan and labels missing the numbers the counter actually searches.
How we solve it: Send us the barcode format, your own part number and the OEM cross references you want printed. We lay them out and send back a proof.
Artwork Approval
Problem: Print errors found after the run is finished.
How we solve it: Artwork is confirmed with you before printing. Nothing goes to press without your written approval.
Carton Marking
Problem: Cartons that slow down customs clearance or cannot be traced in the warehouse.
How we solve it: Carton marking, quantity per carton and gross weight are agreed at order confirmation and printed consistently across the shipment.
Consolidation
Problem: Paying freight several times for one market.
How we solve it: Flashers, relays, switches, sensors and valves ship as one consolidated order across as many part numbers as you need.
Repeat Orders

Questions About Private Label and Packaging
Is there a minimum quantity for branded packaging?
Print runs have a practical minimum that depends on the box. Tell us the quantity you plan and we will tell you whether branded boxes are economic at that level or whether neutral packing is the better start.
Can you print my own part numbers on the label?
Yes. Send your part number system and the OEM cross references you want shown, and we lay them out on the label proof.
Can I order neutral packing now and branded boxes later?
Yes. The packing level is decided per order, so most distributors start neutral and move to branded once the part number is proven in their market.
Who owns the artwork?
You do. We hold the approved file so repeat orders match, and we do not use it for any other customer.
Does branded packaging change the lead time?
It adds the print and approval time at the front of the order. Fast moving catalogue items ship in 7 to 10 working days when packing is already approved.
