CHINO ELECTRIC operates to IATF 16949:2016 documented process control, with product pages also carrying ISO 9001:2015. Every step below is something we do rather than something we intend to do.
Every Stage and What It Fixes
Incoming Material
Problem: A component that fails in service usually fails because of what went into it.
How we solve it: Component materials come from named suppliers: Alstrom Korea, Hollingsworth and Vose USA, Gessner Germany, AB glue from Taiwan and steel from BAO Steel Shanghai.
Documented Process Control
Problem: Quality that depends on which operator was on shift.
How we solve it: Operation and QC documents fix the process requirements, parameters and control points for every production step, and they are performed strictly rather than filed.
In Process Checks
Problem: Faults found only at final inspection, after all the value has been added.
How we solve it: Key quality control points are defined in each process step so a deviation is caught where it happens.
Leakage Test
Problem: Moisture ingress is the most common cause of field failure on vehicle electrical parts.
How we solve it: A leakage test is performed on 100 percent of spare parts before delivery. Not a sample, every unit.
Laboratory Testing
Problem: Performance claims nobody has measured.
How we solve it: Performance parameters are tested in our own laboratory rather than being taken from a component datasheet.
Recorded Evidence
Problem: A buyer overseas cannot walk the line.
How we solve it: Video has been made of every process and of the tests, and published on YouTube so you can see the procedure before you place an order.
Warranty and Response
Problem: A failure in the field with no route back to the factory.
How we solve it: 12 months from B/L date. We respond within 24 hours, come back with a solution within 3 days, and take responsibility when the fault is caused by our product.

Which certification do you hold?
IATF 16949:2016. Production and quality control are performed strictly according to the IATF 16949:2016 documents. Product pages on our catalogue also carry ISO 9001:2015.
How many parts get the leakage test?
All of them. The leakage test is carried out on 100 percent of spare parts before delivery.
Can I see the production process before ordering?
Yes. We have recorded video of every process step and of the tests, and published them on YouTube.
Where do the components come from?
