Buying a module from one supplier and mounting hardware from another is how installations end up with brackets that do not match the frame, side profiles in the wrong length, and no sealed way to get the cable inside.
Method
How It Is Done Step by Step
1 — Start from the module
Nine modules from 5 W to 45 W, in 12 V and 24 V nominal, multicrystalline and monocrystalline.
2 — Match the mount to the frame
Measure the lateral length of the panel frame; the ABS profiles come in 150 mm corner, 180 mm short side and 530 mm long side.
3 — Choose bonded or bolted
Bonded ABS where the roof must not be drilled; aluminium Z or L feet where it can be.
4 — Add the cable entry
Single or double gland box, 6–12 mm cable, bonded to the roof.
5 — One quotation
Module, mount, gland and packing quantities on one line, from one factory, in one shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you supply panels and mounts together?
Yes. We design and manufacture both — photovoltaic racking structures, solar mount systems and solar accessories, plus the 5 W to 45 W module range.
Do you do own-label or OEM?
Tell us what you need on your packaging and we will confirm what is possible on your order quantity.
What are the export carton quantities?
They are published on each product page — for example 10 sets of corner mounts, 20 sets of 180 mm side mounts, 16 sets of 530 mm side mounts and 100 cable entry boxes per outer carton.
