The shipping method you choose directly impacts how quickly your sculpture arrives. For samples and small orders, air express door to door via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Aramex takes 5 to 8 days. China EMS is slower, usually 10 to 16 days, with possible remote area surcharges.
When to Use Bulk Air Freight
For medium-sized orders that need faster delivery than sea freight, bulk air freight to the local airport is available. This takes about 5 days and requires your forwarder to collect the shipment at the airport.
Sea Freight for Larger Orders
Larger orders are shipped by sea freight from warehouse to seaport. Transit time is 15 to 45 days to local customs. This is the most cost-effective option, and we assist with customs paperwork when additional documents are required.
What You Need to Provide for Shipping
We handle the logistics from our warehouse to the courier or port. You must provide a complete delivery address, contact details, and arrange for customs clearance or forwarder pickup at the airport or seaport.
How to Minimize Delays in Delivery
Ensure all documentation is complete before shipment. For sea freight, confirm your local customs agent is ready to receive the cargo. For air freight, confirm your forwarder can collect within 24 hours of arrival at the airport.
